These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Telegram → RSS (the “Service”), operated by Telegram → RSS (“we”, “us”, “our”). (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) The Service

The Service converts public Telegram channels into RSS feed URLs. You provide a public channel URL or name, and the Service generates an RSS feed that your RSS reader can fetch.

The Service is donation-supported and may be offered free of charge, but we may change, limit, or discontinue the Service at any time.

2) Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service, and you must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to access or distribute private Telegram content or bypass access controls
• Scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service (including excessive automated requests)
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or attack the Service
• Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes
• Use the Service in a way that violates Telegram’s terms or rights of others

We may rate-limit, block, or suspend access to protect the Service and other users.

4) Content and third-party platforms

The Service works with content hosted on Telegram and displayed in public channels. Telegram and RSS readers are third-party services. We are not affiliated with Telegram.

Your responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any RSS feed complies with applicable laws and does not infringe copyrights, privacy rights, or other rights.

5) Intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, design, and branding, except for third-party marks and public Telegram content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.

6) Your inputs

You may submit public Telegram channel identifiers (URLs/names). You grant us permission to use that input solely to provide and operate the Service (including generating, caching, and serving the RSS feed).

7) Availability, changes, and termination

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Channels can disappear, become private, or change formats. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately if we believe you violated these Terms, abused the Service, or if required for security or legal reasons.

8) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that feeds will update at any specific interval or that content will be complete, accurate, or available.

9) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) €10 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10) Indemnification
