Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of to RSS (the "Service"), operated by to RSS ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) The Service
The Service turns public social media sources into RSS feeds. Creating and managing feeds requires an email-based account and an active subscription. Feed URLs you create are designed to work in any RSS reader: anyone with a feed's link can read it without signing in.
We may change, limit, or discontinue the Service at any time.
2) Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service, and you must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
3) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to access or distribute private content or bypass access controls on third-party platforms
- Scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service (including excessive automated requests)
- Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or attack the Service
- Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes
- Use the Service in a way that violates the terms of any third-party platform or the rights of others
We may rate-limit, block, or suspend access to protect the Service and other users.
4) Content and third-party platforms
The Service works with publicly available content from social media platforms. Those platforms are independent third-party services. We are not affiliated with them.
Your responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any RSS feed complies with applicable laws and does not infringe copyrights, privacy rights, or other rights.
5) Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, design, and branding, except for third-party marks and publicly available social media content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.
6) Your account and inputs
You provide an email address to create an account; sign-in works via one-time email links. You are responsible for keeping access to your email inbox secure, as it controls access to your account.
You may submit public profile or channel identifiers (URLs or usernames) and feed settings. You grant us permission to use these inputs solely to provide and operate the Service (including generating, caching, and serving RSS feeds).
7) Availability, changes, and termination
We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Sources can disappear, become private, or change formats. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately if we believe you violated these Terms, abused the Service, or if required for security or legal reasons. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings.
8) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that feeds will update at any specific interval or that content will be complete, accurate, or available.
9) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $10 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless to RSS from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11) Subscriptions and billing
Access to the Service requires a subscription. In the current version of the Service, subscriptions are granted without collecting payment: no charges are made at this time.
Billing may be introduced in the future. Existing users will be notified by email before any charge is made and will have the opportunity to cancel before payment is collected.
Access may be limited by capacity. If capacity is reached when you sign up, your request may be placed in a queue and access granted later; being in the queue does not guarantee that access will be activated. We may revoke access granted without payment if the Service is discontinued or if you violate these Terms.
12) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
13) Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in Ukraine will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
14) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
